This is the Tencent version with Global ROM installed, it works the same as a Global model. The differences are as follows:

• This version is always cheaper than the Global one.

The Rog Phone 5 Pro features ROG Vision, a color rear AMOLED display. Its structure is made of high-quality materials with an aluminum frame and front glass (Corning Gorilla Victus), rear glass (Gorilla Glass 3).

It is powered by a high-end processor such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G octa-core, with a speed of 2.84 GHz.

The screen has a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel (1B colors) with a 20.4:9 aspect ratio and FullHD+ resolution of 2,448 x 1,080 pixels, resulting in a density of 395 pixels per inch. The maximum brightness is 800 nits. Its rear PMOLED ROG Vision touch sensor is monochrome HDR10+ at 144 Hz along with a touch sampling rate of 300 Hz and a touch latency of 24.3 milliseconds with Always-on Display settings.

The refresh rates are 300 hertz for touch and up to 144 Hz for the screen, with the possibility of adjusting it to 60, 120, 144 Hz, or automatic.

Features such as the AirTrigger 5 system have been maintained in the Rog Phone 5 Pro, which helps improve sensitivity and gesture control; it also offers up to 18 control points to quickly activate certain actions, with two more sensors than the previous generation positioned in the corners. It has a 6,000 mAh battery with 65W fast charging, which charges to 100% in approximately one hour, with an average battery life of 19 and a half hours, and about 10 hours during intensive use.
