Description

This is the Tencent version with Global ROM installed, it works just like a Global model. The differences are as follows:

• The Tencent version comes with the box and manuals in Chinese, the phone comes with all languages including Spanish, so there's nothing to worry about.
• Updates would have to be done manually, while in the global version they would be automatic.
• This version is always cheaper than the Global one.

Unlike its predecessor, the Rog Phone 5, this ASUS Rog Phone 5 Ultimate phone features a much more attractive design. Its structure is composed of high-quality materials with an aluminum frame and a front glass (Corning Gorilla Victus), and a rear glass (Gorilla Glass 3).

It is powered by a high-end processor such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G octa-core, with a speed of 2.84 GHz.

The screen has a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 20.4:9 ratio and FullHD+ resolution of 2,448 x 1,080 pixels, resulting in a density of 395 pixels per inch, with a maximum brightness of 800 nits. Its PMOLED ROG Vision rear touch sensor is a monochromatic 144 Hz HDR10+ with Always-on Display configuration.

The refresh rates are 300 Hertz for touch and up to 144 Hz for the screen, with the possibility of adjusting it to 60, 120, 144 Hz, or automatic.

The Rog Phone 5 Ultimate retains features such as the AirTrigger 5 system, which helps improve sensitivity and gesture control, featuring two more sensors than the previous generation, positioned at the corners.

It offers up to 18 control points to quickly activate certain actions. Each trigger can be subdivided into two tactile zones, making for up to four buttons.

Additionally, functions can be associated for better interaction, plus the added Armoury Crate which is the game mode that can be configured according to preferences.

The camera setup is as follows:

• Main Camera: Triple with Sony IMX686 Triple sensor, 64 MP (f/1.8, PDAF, wide) + wide-angle camera with 13 MP sensor (f/2.4, ultrawide) with 125-degree field of view + macro camera with 5MP sensor and f/2.0 aperture lens.
• The front camera features a 24-megapixel sensor (0.9 μm pixels) and an f/2.45 aperture lens.

The Rog Phone 5 ultimate features stereo speakers and an integrated minijack. These, along with the QUAD DAC and support for Bluetooth standards like aptX HD, aptX adaptive, LDAC, and AAC, allow the Rog Phone 5 to process 24-bit/96kHz or 24-bit/192kHz files.

It has a 6,000 mAh battery with 65W fast charging, and charges to 100% in approximately one hour, with an average battery life of 19 and a half hours, and about 10 hours in intensive use.
