Can I use HSS directly on the camera?
No, the TT600 model is a manual flash. HSS (High-Speed Sync) can only be achieved when the flash is used off-camera via the included X2T-C wireless trigger.
Is it compatible with my camera if it's not Canon?
The TT600 flash has a universal hot shoe, so it will work in manual mode with almost any brand (Nikon, Sony, Fuji, etc.). However, the X2T-C trigger included in this kit is specific for Canon's TTL system.
How many flashes does it yield per charge?
Using good quality 2500mAh Ni-MH batteries, you can expect approximately 230 flashes at full power (1/1).
