FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why are the batteries charged one by one and not all at once?
Sequential charging is more efficient for pilots, as the hub first charges the battery with the most power. This ensures you have a battery ready to fly as soon as possible, rather than having three half-charged batteries.
Can I use any USB charger with the Hub?
Yes, you can use standard chargers, but for optimal 3-hour charging time, we recommend a power adapter that supports the USB PD (Power Delivery) protocol of at least 30W.
Does it work for storing batteries if I'm not charging them?
Absolutely. The Hub is designed to firmly hold the batteries, preventing them from hitting each other or damaging the terminals while carrying them in your travel gear.
