Why don't the card's fans spin sometimes?
This is completely normal thanks to 'FREEZE Fan Stop' technology. The fans turn off when the card's temperature is low or it's idle, to minimize noise and extend its lifespan. They will start automatically as soon as you open a game or the temperature increases.
