The Xiaomi 14 is the factory Global version. The differences compared to the other product version that says [with Global ROM] in its title are as follows:
- The Global version comes with the box and manuals in English, whereas the [with Global ROM] version comes in Chinese. The phone comes with all languages, including Spanish, so there's nothing to worry about.
- Updates would have to be done manually on the [with Global ROM] version, but on this Global version, they would be automatic.
