Description

The Black Shark 5 is the fifth generation of Xiaomi's gaming phone dedicated to the gaming world. It features a glass front and aluminum frame design, measuring 163.8 mm high, 76.4 mm wide, and a maximum thickness of 9.9 mm.

The operating system is Android version 12. Black Shark has also added a Joy UI 13 customization layer that adds some exclusive features and functions to the phone. It is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor with up to 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of internal storage, and an Adreno 660 GPU.

The Black Shark 5's screen is 6.7 inches with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. This combination yields an average pixel density of 394 pixels per inch, with a 144 Hz refresh rate, 720 Hz touch sampling rate, and a maximum brightness of 1300 nits.

The most impressive gaming feature of the Black Shark 5 is the integration of two pressure-sensitive points that enhance interaction with games for a better gaming experience, in addition to the integration of magnetic physical triggers, dual speakers, and "sandwich" type liquid cooling systems.

It incorporates a triple camera on the back of the device with 64MP, 13MP, and 2MP lenses, capable of recording UHD 4K videos with an aperture of f/2.2, while the front camera is 16MP.

It has a 4650 mAh capacity battery with non-removable fast charging.

Completing the Black Shark 5's features are a Type-C connection, 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2, support for 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac WiFi, support for aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, LDAC, and LHDC high-quality wireless audio codecs, a side fingerprint reader, and NFC.
