ZTE's Nubia Red Magic has maintained similar features in the Red Magic 6 Pro to the Red Magic 6, such as; the same exterior design, the same AMOLED display, the same processor, and cooling system. However, the difference lies in the colors, the RAM variants, increasing up to 16 GB, and the internal storage, increasing up to 256 GB, in addition to other features described below;

The operating system is Redmagic OS 4.0, a customization layer based on Android 11. Powered by a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 888 5G processor with up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, it also features an ADRENO™ 660 graphics card (GPU).

It also has an attractive appearance with its RGB lights and wing-shaped design.
