The Samsung Galaxy S24 5G is even more impressive and functional than its predecessor.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 is the smartphone that gives its name to the S22 series. It shares the same design and specifications as the S22+, except for physical size, battery capacity, and fast-charging capabilities.

It is equipped with a polished Armor Aluminum protective frame. The screen and back are covered with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus®, which provides improved drop and scratch resistance. The device has an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor that allows for quick and easy unlocking.

The Galaxy S22 phone features a 6.1-inch display with an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate. The resolution is Full HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) with a pixel density of 425 ppi, and the maximum brightness is 1750 nits. The display is Dynamic AMOLED 2x with Vision Booster technology for high outdoor visibility, keeping your view clear day or night.

The S22 is powered by an Exynos 2200 processor - Xclipse 920 GPU and features a 4nm chip dedicated to energy efficiency and other internal operating aspects. The internal storage capacity ranges from 128 GB to 256 GB with 8 GB of RAM. It runs on a One UI 4.1 customization layer based on Android 12.

The S22 incorporates a set of professional triple cameras on the back with innovative hardware and software that have the following descriptions;

• Main Camera: 50-megapixel Dual Pixel AF sensor, 1 µm pixel size, f/1.8, optical stabilization, and 85-degree field of view.
• Ultra Wide-Angle Camera: 12-megapixel sensor, 1 µm pixel size, f/2.2, and 120-degree field of view.
• Telephoto Camera: 10-megapixel sensor, 1 µm pixel size, f/2.4, 3x optical zoom, optical stabilization, and 36-degree field of view.
• Front Camera: 10-megapixel Dual Pixel sensor, 1.22 µm pixel size, f/2.2 aperture, and 80-degree field of view.

The main camera allows for pixel enlargement through a sensor that captures light, while the ultra-clear glass helps reduce lens flare, resulting in night photos and videos as clear as day.

The battery is 3700 mAh with support for 25W fast charging and wireless charging capability.
